Cancellation and Delay Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur no charge.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
  • Cancellations made between 1 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare.
  • No-Show: If the passenger fails to show up without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

2. Airport Collection Delays

We understand that flight schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure smooth service, our airport collection policy includes:

Flight Monitoring
  • We monitor flight arrival times in real-time to adjust pickup schedules accordingly.
  • If a flight is delayed, we will automatically reschedule the pickup to match the new arrival time up to a maximum of 60 minutes after the original arrival time.
  • Flights delayed longer than 60 minutes will be kept if the driver is available to wait.
Waiting Time
  • Included Waiting Time: Up to 60 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight landing is included in the fare.
  • Extended Waiting Time: After 60 minutes, a waiting charge of £0.50 per minute will apply unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • The driver will only wait for delayed flights if they are available to do so. If they are not available to wait after the time set out in the waiting time policy the booking will be classed as a no show and the full amount of the booking is still payable.
Passenger Delay After Landing
  • If the passenger is delayed due to customs, baggage, or other reasons, we request that they inform us as soon as possible.
  • If no contact is made within 60 minutes of landing, the booking may be considered a no-show, and full charges will apply.

3. Delays Caused by Hubble Executive Travel

  • If a driver is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle issues), we will notify the passenger immediately.
  • If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the passenger will be offered a full refund or alternative transport arrangements at no extra cost.

4. Amendments to Bookings

  • Changes to bookings (e.g., pickup time, location) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Amendments within 12 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
